It's that's time of the year and if you know animal lovers, giving them gifts for their pets is the best thing to make them happy. 

Here are my suggestions:

3. The Furminator.  This is the best grooming tool removes extra hair and cuts down on shedding. You can get the Furminator at your local pet store or online at amazon.com.

4. Give a Dog or Cat First Aid booklet from the American Red Cross. Instructional booklet  and DVD are easy to understand and informative. Cost: $16.95. To order, please call the Hawaii Chapter at 739-8128 or 739-8146 or visit their store at the Diamond Head facility.

5. Make a monetary donation to your favorite animal charity in your friend's name. There's no greater gift of love for someone that loves animals to help the ones in need.
